After a quick consultation to understand the type of website you are looking to achieve, we will set up a shared cloud storage and request you upload some photos or videos you want to be included on your site. From here our designers and coders get to work creating a first proposal of your new site.

During this stage your assigned designer (or small team of designers) will present a first draft for your review. This is a great opportunity to request any changes and check you are happy with the look and feel of your new website. At this stage we will also discuss recommendations to improve the functionality of the website and/or features which help to drive sales or growth.

During this stage we will present our updated proposal including the important changes you have requested. This secondary meeting is an important stage of our process and relationship management. We always endeavour to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional, high-performing websites for our clients.

At this stage your website enters the optimisation phase. We work hard to stress-test the site and increase its speed. Importantly we also optimise your website so it looks fantastic across a variety of devices including on mobile phones, tablets and desktop.

For Pro package users we also optimise SEO at this stage (search-engine optimisation) so that your site appears higher on Google and other web browser search rankings - a crucial growth driver.

Congratulations! Upon receipt of final payment we transfer your old website domain (address) to your new website and publish it online.

Your maintenance fee supports the back end of your website, enabling us to perform software updates, perform minor tweaks and content change requests such as uploading new photos, testimonials etc.
